The Plaza at Park Grill Presents First Ever Midwest Microfest

WHAT: Summer festivals may be over, but that’s no reason to hibernate for the winter just yet. Kick off fall with an ode to Germany’s favorite holiday, Oktoberfest, and celebrate everyone’s favorite frothy beverage at Midwest Microfest.

Presented by The Plaza at Park Grill, Midwest Microfest is a complimentary beer tasting featuring eight of the Midwest’s best breweries. The event will take place at The Plaza at Park Grill on Oct. 3, 2009 from 12 to 7 p.m. Attendees will enjoy sampling beers from breweries including, Dark Horse Brewery (Marshall, MI), Lakefront Brewery (Milwaukee, WI), Two Brothers (Warrenville, IL), Capital Brewery (Middleton, WI), Bell’s (Kalamazoo, MI), Three Floyds Brewery (Munster, IN) and Chicago’s own breweries, Goose Island and Metropolitan.

Perfect for beer connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike, Midwest Microfest promises to be a good time for all!
